My stay at Pousada Serrano was for Thanksgiving, and it was truly memorable. Among the excellent aspects of the hotel, the garden area stood out the most to me. It provided a tranquil oasis within the city, perfect for relaxation. The attention to detail in the Superior King Suite, with its sophisticated design and comfort, was impressive. The bathroom with a separate toilet and a shower was a luxurious touch. I am grateful for the warm hospitality of the staff and my overall satisfaction with Pousada Serrano.
